Private Personal Training

1-2-1 (one-to-one) private training session under the supervision of a personal trainer built according to your fitness goals. Duration of each session is 60 minutes. All our personal trainers are internationally certified and registered in REPs UAE. Sessions can be completed in the gym, outdoors, in the swimming pool or the Royal Private Fitness Room.

Semi-Private Personal Training

A training session where two people exercise at the same time under the supervision of a personal trainer. Duration of each session is 60 minutes and is built according to your fitness goals. All our personal trainers are internationally certified and registered in REPs UAE. Sessions can be completed in the gym, outdoors, in the swimming pool or the Royal Private Fitness Room.

A training session where a group of three or more people exercise at the same time under the supervision of a personal trainer. Duration of each session is 60 minutes and is built according to your fitness goals. All our personal trainers are internationally certified and registered in REPs UAE. Sessions can be completed in the gym, outdoors, in the swimming pool or the Royal Private Fitness Room.

Personal Training E-Fit – EMS Fitness

EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation or Electric Myostimulation) is a highly effective form of training.
