Studio Class

Zabeel Ladies Club offers a variety of classes wherein each class addresses different aspects of fitness. Classes are held in a multi-purpose studio and can accommodate up to 20 participants.

Monthly Schedule

Yoga

A total body and mind class. Includes muscle balance, skeletal alignment, muscle strength, muscle elasticity, increased range of motion, and improved coordination. Relax and restore.

Aqua Dance

A total water body workout to help improve flexibility, strength and endurance. This is further enhanced by the use of “water weights” that are specifically designed for use in the pool. This class is sure to push your fitness level across the board

Aerobics

High energy group fitness experience and a great way to increase lean muscle mass and decrease body fat in fun cardio routines tailored to the class's needs from week to week.

World of Dance

This class is a fusion of different styles of music and dance themes that creates a dynamic, exciting and fun experience for you. The routines feature a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.  It is a ‘Feel Happy’ workout that is great for both the body and mind.
