Studio Classes

Zabeel Ladies Club offers a variety of classes wherein each class addresses different aspects of fitness. Classes are held in a multi-purpose studio and can accommodate up to 20 participants.

Yoga

A total body and mind class. Includes muscle balance, skeletal alignment, muscle strength, muscle elasticity, increased range of motion, and improved coordination. Relax and restore.

Aqua Aerobics

A total water body workout to help improve flexibility, strength and endurance. This is further enhanced by the use of “water weights” that are specifically designed for use in the pool. This class is sure to push your fitness level across the board

BodyPump Les Mills

BodyPump Les Mills is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, this will gives you a total body workout.

Aqua Cycling

Venture into a new way of exercising and get in shape while being in the water with a mix of aqua aerobics on specially designed bikes for water activities. Water resistance makes your muscles work harder, working both upper and lower body.
